Dear Pooch Mobile,
Having been living temporarily in West Wales for the last few months, I had to get Pepper bathed and clipped here (we’re a little out of your area!) as she was a mess!  Therefore, I searched the local phone books and found another dog wash company as there is no Pooch Mobile here in West Wales.

The other company  was more expensive than your own Pooch Mobile, but Pepper was stinky and her coat was becoming unmanageable so it had to be done. When the guy had finished with Pepper, I was dismayed to see that there was still food in her beard, her coat was cut unevenly and she still had a ‘doggy smell’ about her.

I always appreciated how good a job you made of clipping, washing and grooming Pepper, but having seen the quality of work carried out by someone other than yourself has made me appreciate you even more!

You are a star and even if we are still here in Wales when Pepper next needs attention, we will travel back to Devon to get her done properly!

Fourteen year old Collie Cross Bonnie feels like a puppy again, read on to hear how her local operator Steve helps her enjoy more out of life.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to tell you about the amazing transformation of my mother-in-law’s dog Bonnie since The Pooch Mobile’s Steve Relf came into our lives with his Pooch Mobile service.

Bonnie is a 14 yr old Collie cross. She had little to commend her. Her fur and skin was in a terrible state and she was extremely smelly. She exuded no personality and objected being taken for a walk. She left huge patches of matted gungy fur all over the place. We nick named her The Rug.

My mother-in-law is 85 yrs old with dementia and expected arthritis associated with this age. Bonnie means everything to her and exercise for them both is very important. Bonnie was not interested.

Added to this was the trepidation with which we stepped into the house. The smell took ones breath away. No amount of fresheners had any effect. We decided that Bonnie needed urgent attention. A bath.

I was put in touch with Steve through The Pooch Mobile national phone number. He has been marvelous and Bonnie loves him. He told us a vets visit was necessary. She had a very bad yeast infection affecting all her body and causing her deafness. She has been transformed visually and physically.

Steve spent a long time on the cleaning and grooming of Bonnie and now her yeast infection has almost gone. Her fur is soft and has a lovely sheen and she now smells sweet. Her ears are almost clear and she is not as deaf. Best of all, the house smells sweet as well.

Incredibly, Bonnie has a new lease of life. She actually runs, (not easy being so fat) and wants to go for a walk. She is so lively, it is truly amazing and all within a matter of months. All this is due to Steve. Even the vet is amazed at the transformation. Steve is dedicated to his work and has a natural affinity with the dogs. He is a very sensitive, quiet, friendly man and nothing is too much trouble for him. He has infinite patience. The dogs as well as their owners love him. I cannot commend him or his work enough.

We find since using the Aussie Pooch Mobile Service the dog doesn't scratch so much (as she has had a skin complaint) She just loves the bath and loves Chris the operator. The dog is a big dog. It has been a tremendous help to have the dog hydrobathed.
